An integral part of the Culinary Arts program, 50 Forks is the Art Institute of California – Orange County's student-run restaurant where everyone from the chef to the dishwasher is a student. And, it’s open to the public!
Our Students
At 50 Forks, our students take turns in various jobs learning what it takes to run a successful, thriving restaurant. Students in the restaurant are required to work at the restaurant during their fourth quarter of the Culinary Arts program in order to graduate.
Our Public
The culinary experience is not just for the students but for the public as well. Restaurant patrons are treated to innovative dishes of a gourmet caliber while supporting our students’ experience which allows them understand and experience every aspect of the culinary process first-hand.
